The company VITKOVICE CYLINDERS a.s. is a member of VITKOVICE MACHINERY GROUP, the biggest machinery holding in Central Europe with 180 years tradition comprising of 30 companies from Argentina to China, employing more than 8000 people, and having revenues in excess of 1 B Euro.

VITKOVICE CYLINDERS a.s. and its sister companies within the holding produce more than 2, 000, 000 steel vessels per year, making it the biggest producer in the world. Significant portion of these vessels are high pressure seamless steel cylinders, produced by backwards extrusion from billets.

We have three cylinder factories comprising of six production lines operational and one other line currently under construction. Cylinders produced on two dedicated lines are specially designed for use as CNG tank in NGVs, producing semi-light cylinders providing optimal balance between lightness and high durability to provide maximum safety in harsh climatic conditions. We provide the widest portfolio of cylinders worldwide with the diameters of up to 406mm.

Apart from the cylinders, we are also engaged in other segments of the CNG business, namely filling stations for CNG. We are specialized (but by no means limited to) filling stations for company fleets.
