BriefQC/AC SystemDesign to Innovation, Quality to Standard!

We have a strict and complete QC/AC Control System to control all of online products while manufacturing. Our QC/AC department devotes to ensuring and improving the quality through identifying and analyzing production cases. We always set the principle of "no second to delay when meet it" to our every employee.

The four steps to inspect quality during our production process:
IQC: Stringent Incoming Quality Control including inspection of raw and component materials
IPQC: Full online production control during every producing process
FQC: Final Quality Control including functional tests on all features in the test centres
OQC: Outgoing Quality Control consisting of inspection before delivery
