Hua mould plant was established in 1988. Then cooperate with Chervon Holding (HK) Group and set up Huashuo Molding & Machine Co.,Ltd in 2002.

Huashuo occupied area of our new factory is 21,000 square meters. More than 60 engineers and managers with college certificated or bachelor, and over 700 staffs are working for Huashuo. The turnover of 2005 is more than 15 million USD.

Huashuo has more than 120 mould engineers and toolmaker are working at our mould making center.

There is 5sets high-speed CNC machining center(MAKINO, KNFO, Haitian) + 2 sets low-speed wirecutting EDM machines (MAKINO, CHMER) + 11 sets high speed wirecut EDM machines + 12 sets Die-sinking EDM machines + CMM, 260T clamping machine and so on. The investment on mould shop is still growing.

There are more than 20 sets ZITAI and LIJIN cold-chamber pressure die casting machines arrange from 180T to 900T in our die casting workshop, with the capacity of production is more than 10,000T/year.

Equiped with fine processing workshop, whose capacity including deburr, sandblast, shot blast, machine, and so on.

There is 20 sets HAITIAN plastic injection molding machines arranging from 80T to 360T in our injection workshop.

Huashuo has many experience in providing different kinds of mould, die casting die and as well as die casting parts and plastic injection molding parts for differenct kindly of industry, such as Automotive industry, home appliance, Power tool industry and so on. We have set up the cooperation with BSH Electrical Appliance for die casting parts and providing many
plastic mould for Germany company(schutz) and Karcher.

Huashuo has gotten ISO9001:2000 certificate . We are applying for TS16949 certificate, which will be got in this year.
