Shenzhen Furniture Design Institute established on 2001, is the first design organization of the furniture industry of China.Shenzhen Furniture Trade Association (SZFA), established on October 23, 1986, is the first trade organization of the furniture industry of China.

The association's membership has grown steadily and currently stands at over 300 firms, which is strong enough to allow SZFA to function as a bridge between Shenzhen government and furniture enterprises. Thanks to concerted efforts from its members, SZFA has been able to inform the government of trends of furniture industry. Alternately with supports from government bodies SZFA always serves its members with satisfying strategies and solutions.

Representing the interests of furniture enterprises for over one decade, SZFA applies itself to the research into international trends, orienting furniture enterprises to the latest conditions. SZFA also attaches importance on trade promotion, formulation of manufacturing standards, as well as acts as a spreader of new products,

materials and technologies. On the other hand, SZFA contributes to the development of furniture industry by objectively informing the government of industry news, which forges well-founded government bills and decisions. SZFA thereby has been recognized as the advanced trade association by Shenzhen government for 5 consecutive years and ranked in the Listing of the First 100 Outstanding Enterprises of Industry and Commerce.

SZFA sticks to self-improvement so as to accurately lead and better serve furniture enterprises. The board of SZFA surrounds itself with the finest talents of furniture industry, forming a strong, open and well-organized team that can solve problems and make adjustments effectively.
