About Tengtou precision casting co., ltd is a a subordinated and main casting foundry of TENGTOU GROUP and specialized in manufacture investment casting of parts and other construction spare parts. Company started from 2001, locates in Ningbo city which is the second biggest container port in china , it is also covers about 12000sqms with more than 250 staffs in which about 32 technological and professional Engineers.
Up to now , we have several kinds of bucket teeth , adapters, End Bit, Cutting Edge, Locks &Pins &Washers which can be used on JCB, CATERPILLAR, KOMATSU, HITACHI, HYUNDAI , DAEWOO, KOBELCO, ESCO, CASE, VOLVO, HENSLEY, LIBEHIRR etc.
For improving quality , in a fact, we used the most advance Spectrometer, Universal Tensile Tester, Impact Test and Hardness Tester .in another fact we import heat-treatment machine and painting machine from oversea , it make us can control all the process by ourselves and offer customer the best quality and the prefect looks. Because of these perfect cooperation of process, we can manufacture parts with years capacity 5000tons and other investment casting 2500tons. And grow fast year by year .we have win ISO 9001:2000 QMS and preparing to past ISO 14000 EMS. And we can handle Import and Export by ourselves.
we have built the sale network in our domestic market and make our teeth widely used in all kinds of earth conditions and get good reputation from our customers .from 2005, we start to supply to oversea market and built a brief worldwide sale network in European, South America Middle East and enlarging our sale market and trademark building, country sole agent is welcome.
