We are one of the leading metal products machinery companies in Ningbo, which is renowned for its hardware industry such as casting, machining, metalworking, metal surface treatment and decoration plating. All our products are held to international customer standards. Having a strong industry background and many reputable sources, we established our company in May of 2003, with factory space of over 5000 square meters and with all the machines/capabilities listed below.
Our equipment and capabilities include: CNC shearing machine, CNC punching machine and hydraulic punching machine (40T to 200T), laser cutting machine, CNC press/bending machine, air protection welding machine, laser welding (for more precision and better finishing ), welding eyelet machine, Automatic Straightening and Cutting Machine, and CNC machines for all types of turning and milling. We can produce most metal parts on-site, as well as perform all types of assembly work, assorting, packing, QC, and logistics assortment.
In addition, we have factory produced parts such as die casting and investment casting, forging, metal (aluminum, steel) extrusion equipment, metal surfacing, and plating (silver, gold, nickel, and chrome). We have retained an experienced co-operator partner, carrying out QC at the site of production before each step of production and packing.
We assure our products 100% for quality and delivery. Our QC manager will issue a QC report for the customer to view and approve before it prepared for loading and shipping.
