Ningbo Ketai Industry Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in professional design and manufacture of aluminum alloy products. Located in the exoteric seaport, Ningbo, it is 15 kilometers away in the east from Beillun Harbor that is the third biggest one in China. And it is north to Hangzhou, a touristry attraction and Shanghai, an internationalized metropolis. Extending in all directions in waterway, land and air, it enjoys well-suited traffic.
Pelying on aluminum research, updated technology and new material of ministerial research institute, the company has possessed experience on aluminum alloy founding of more than ten years, been equipped with up-to-date equipment, adopted advanced technology and complete testing method. It owns a batch of high quality technical and administrative staffs. In addition, both standard high-efficiency interior managerial system and perfect ISO9001 quality control system have come into being. Moreover, it has self-support right to import and export as a manufacturer.
Presently, the company adopts many casting techniques such as gravity casting, pressure casting, low-pressure casting and sand casting and so on. A production setup with high-tech marine type aluminum alloy pistons and goods for foreign trade taking the leading role has been formed. Our products have included mechanical equipment, hardware & tools, household articles and automobile accessories etc. To be specially noted are the high-tech marine type pistons, many items of which have won technological awards of provincial and ministry level. Since the company takes advantage of its geographic location and powerful strength, 90% out of the aluminum alloy castings are exported to the USA, Japan, Germany, Australia, Canada, Sweden etc. As for the manufacture of aluminum alloy export-oriented products, the company has become a key production base in Ningbo area for exporting those products to European and American markets.
