Introduction
Shaxi Steel Ball Factory is located at the home town of founder of China, Mr. Sun Zhongshan, a Chinese revolution pioneer，Zhongshan city where about one and half hour voyage from Hong Kong and travel is very convenience. The factory is a provincial advanced enterprise focus on steel ball manufacturing on which we have more than 30 years experience. Factory land space is about 10000 square meters. Production capacity is 4000 tons per year. We can produce different sizes and grades of chrome, carbon, stainless steel and brass balls according to customers' requirements. We were tested, and awarded the certificate of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance in 2004. And we now are in the progress of TS16949.
Our factory has gained abundance experience of manufacturing and management during more than 30 years of developing since the establishment in 1978. It's us who had invented the techniques of Circumgyrating Gas Carburizing Forge and Slantingly Roll Producing which have been fashionable nowadays. Our Star Brand products were chosen as High Quality Products in all National Check of past years and gained the title of High Grade Products granted by the National Agriculture Department and Guangdong Province. We have strong technical force, high quality administers, complete manufacturing facilities and perfect testing system in our factory. With top technique of manufacture and management, we have gained high automation degree and efficiency, and become one of the biggest steel ball producers of South China.
