Welcome to a world of lightweight construction materials! SCON Building Material products (Super Cellular Lightweight Concrete) include: Lightweight bricks/blocks, ceilings, partition wall, fencing and planters. Currently, our best selling products are our lightweight concrete blocks and our fencing. SCON products have attracted special attention from contractors as well as construction retailers and purchasers all over the world.

Our products are known in more than 50 countries as a breakthrough in the construction material market. SCON's target is to continue to develop in order to meet the ever-growing demands of our customers. SCON uses the latest German technology to create our lightweight products. Our products are produced at our factory in Ha Nam province only 40 kilometers from Hanoi, Vietnam.

SCON materials have a variety of special features and advantages as compared to other normal building materials. SCON lightweight materials are better isolator of noise, is easier to use/apply, are fire resistant, saves energy as well as natural resources and decreases pollution. Lightweight construction materials drastically reduce the cost of construction by increasing worker productivity and requiring less structural support than heavier materials. SCON lightweight concrete even floats on water!

SCON Building Material products have been approved by the Standard of ASTM (American Society for Testing and Material) and by AIT (Asian Institute of Technology), so our customers can be sure to receive a reliable high quality product.

In general, we prefer to transport our products by FOB but are open to other methods. We accept payment by L/C or TT. We pride ourselves in flexibility to fit the customer's needs through any aspects of a transaction.
