Ocean Pump began production of pumps since 1958, and now is one of the largest pump's manufacturers in China.

Ocean with its wide experience in water and oil field provides everything required for a pumping system contacts. All the pumps are produced at the plant which located in Pingjian, Hunan, China. The plant is equipped with latest technology and advanced facilities under strict quality control.

In addition to the facilities in China, Ocean has overwas subsidiary affiliates and representative offices in thirty country for its international operations. Ocean water pump is not only pumping water, but also pumping trust worldwide

Pump products

1, Design and Engineering

Technical requirement and specification are carefully studied by competent design engineers allocated to these jobs, in order to cover a wider aspect in their documentation. Extensive experience and advanced technology backed-up by its research and Computers activates are the winning factors in successful design of Ocean pumps. Computers assist our engineers by given detailed design data, the product are design with the help of CAD system & Pro-E, Our major products are in the compliance with the standard of API610, DIN, ISO etc

2. R&D.

Ocean philosophy of creating environment-friendly technology has been spurred by our desire to make a contribution to society with our product line up.

The study and adoption of computer technology has enabled us to make various in-house analyses of: Computation fluid dynamics, stress, structure and water hammer. Using the results of theses analyses, we are improving the performance and liability of our products. The pump's wet parts can be sctchkote custom fusion boned epoxy coating to improved the efficiency.

3. Casting and Fabrication

Most of the casting are made at Ocean's own foundry to ensure a high standard of quality. Ocean's leading technology makes it possible to provide the most suitable material for particular application, and thus attains trouble free performance, Ocean also has its own fabrication shop where pump parts, pipes, base plate etc. Are cut, sheared, stamped, bent and welded with excellent fabrication technique. Ocean can supply the pump's material according to API610 full range.

4. Machining

Materials which have been thoroughly inspected are placed on the machining line where they are turned, drilled, bored, milled and ground into various precision components. Ocean always endeavors to upgrade its machining facilities to respond to the diversification of pumps.

5. Assembly

After machining and inspection, pump parts are forwarded to the assembly lines which are directly connected to the machining lines to attain efficient production, Ocean has Various assembly lines suitable for different pumps.

6. Inspection

The rigid inspection performed after each step of the production process, from raw material to finished products assures the highest quality in products.

Ocean'inspection facilities and experienced inspection specialists can comply with any kind of inspection in accordance with the required standards and specification.

7. Test

Application in all kind of pumps testing requirement. Test pool volume 500m3, 12m depth, testing power up to 2000kw, Max crime lifting weight 35tons, Max lifting height 12m. Automatic pump testing process with more convenience, accuracy and reliance. Compliance with the accuracy requirements in GB3216-89 Grade B or ISO9006-1999 Grade 1.

8. After service

Enough stock of the spare parts, special engineers for after service and over seas representative offices can give all the clients good service on time.
