Dear Sir,

We are in a position to get you Heavy Metal Scrap HMS 1-2 (80/20) as follows:

1. Commodity:Heavy Metal Scrap HMS 1-2 (80/20).

2.Origin: Europe, Asia, Africa (seller's choice). Loading port can be in any of these countries.

3.Quantity: 30.000MT x 12 and 60.000MT x 12

4.Payment : Irrevocable transferable confirmed L/C at issuance within 45 days 100% in USD (validity period: 60 days) Revolving L/C after the first successful delivery

5.Shipping Terms : CIF destination port in accordance with INCOTERMS 2000

6.Port : ASWP.

7.Performance bond: PBG 2% (monthly for every delivery):
Seller issues up-front non-operative PB 2%, then buyer issues non-operative L/C. L/C becomes operative when PB activates.

8.Packing:Bulk by ship.

9.Control: Quality, quantity, weight by SGS at loading port on seller's cost

10.Delivery schedule: 45 days after the receipt of the operative payment instrument.

11.POP (site visit): Site visit available after opening non-operative payment instrument by buyer, copy of which is accepted by seller.

12.Procedure: a.Buyer presents to us ( as per the format )LOI on buyer's letterhead, signed, sealed and protected with soft probe authorization and Bank coordinates, accompanied by a Bank letter (BCL or RWA) stating the buyer's financial capacity to issue payment .
b.Seller issues the draft contract.
c.The contract is signed.
d.Buyer opens the operative payment instrument
e.Seller posts the 2 % Performance Bond.
f.Shipments are made according to the schedule outlined in the contract.

NB.Seller is a reputable and well established company in EUROPE. They operate mining companies in EUROPE and trade in commodities for the steel industry (Iron Ore,Used Rails, HMS1-2 etc).
