ZIBO JIANGCHEN GARMENT CO., LTD. is a Sino-Korea joint venture , which is established in 2002 and comes from ZIBO XINQUAN GARMENT CO., LTD. On JAN. 1st 2007, we changed the companyÃ�Â¢??s name into ZIBO JIANGCHEN GARMENT CO., LTD which is authorized by ZIBO Industry and Commerce Administrative Bureau. Our company is located in Huantai County, Zibo City, Shandong province, with employees more than 1, 000 and registered capital USD1, 654, 545.
Our main business area is the production and sales of jeans, cotton twill, corduroy, etc, possess 21 production lines with 600 advanced production equipments. And now we have a daily production capacity of 7000 pieces, annual production achieves 2 million pieces. We mainly export to Korea, Japan, America and European countries, etc.
These years we are increasing our production scale through various cooperation agreements with clothing manufactures in China. As a result, we exported 1, 500, 000 pieces of jeans in 2006 and produced foreign currency revenues worth approximately $10, 000, 000.
Along with the development of the company, we purchased the ground area 42 thousand square kilometers in 2006 and built new factory that contains washing department and sewing department. The washing machines are all imported from Korea and professional specialists from Korea will assist us. The new sewing line will be completed in September, 2007. At that time, we will have an annual production capacity of 20 million at that time.
We at JIANGCHEN GARMENT CO., LTD. are exerting our full effort in production with our accumulated technology and trust as our life line, and are systematically industrializing, standardizing, and systemizing the production of clothing with our experienced specialists thoroughly examining the production process. Recently we are accepting the ISO 9000 and ISO14000; our management level will have a large step.
In March 2006, we opened our US office, Dong Sheng Clothing INC., in New York, which address is 552 7th Ave. Penthouse, New York, NY 10001.
