Our factory is certified with ISO 9001, is very professional in design& manufacture of plastic moulds. We have successfully offered overall moulding solutions for refrigerator, air conditioner, DVD, TV, display, telephone, mobile phone, household appliances for RICOH, NEC, KONKA, GALANZ, ROWA, HAIER and more. And we have exported the moulds to Canada, South America, Australia, Albania, Middle east, Egypt, Africa ect.
Our workshop area is 2300 square meters well equipped with 5 1500-type Taiwan Gaofeng, 1300-type Taiwan Liwei, 850-type Taiwan Gaofeng processing centers, 10 560-type/460-type Taiwan Jiaqun sparking machines, 15 imported digital-display milling machines, and more than ten sets of large-scale radial drills, plane grinders, lathes, and other machine tools. we still have one 10-ton bridge crane, two 5-ton bridge cranes, and three 200-ton injection moulding machines.
We have a team of enterprising and outstanding technical staff who are proficient in 3D mould-making, model-splitting, and programming and good at the technologies regarding thermal flux, gas aid and high-hard mould. Combined with top notch CAD, CAE, CAM systems.
