Company T-GUM, Ltd. started producing the inner tubes, flaps and moulded technical rubber in year 2000.
Having purchased machines, technology and know-how from MATADOR Inc. and recruited fully competent staff the company achieves the highest quality of its' products in accordance with international standards. The products have boon certified by authorized testing institute SKTC - 111 Vipotest, xxxxx Partizanske.
The company's product assortment has been innovated, designed o meet customers' requirements and extended by new products.
Company T-GUM Hnusta, Ltd. was established in year 2000 with 100 per cent share of Slovak capital.In year 2001 its enterprise and business activity has developed in field of production of products from moulded technical rubber, which is basic business activity.
Products from moulded technical rubber are pressed in vulcanization moulds or tools.
Maximum size of products depends from dimensions of presses and vulcanization presses.
Dimensions of vulcanization presses available for fulfilment of orders:
400 x 400 mm, 500 x 500 mm, 600 x 600 mm, 800 x 800 mm,1200 x 1200 mm
1600 x 2200 mm
For production of final pressed products are used rubber compounds or mixtures
(KNOW-HOW) on a base SBR, NBR, CR, EPDM, NR and so xxxxx
Extent of physical-mechanical properties of rubber compounds or mixtures in production assortment:
Hardness: 35 - 95 ShA, Strength: 2,5 - 21 MPa, Elongation: 100 - 700 per cent
Density: 1,10 - 1,63 g/cm3,Temperature resistance: -50 / 120 C
We offer you deliveries of products from hard rubber (hardness 80 Sh D)
