The castings are modeled with the resin-bonded sand used as molding material to all casting parts, and direct reading spectrograph for on-the spot-sample analysis, to ensure smooth surface and compact l structure of casting parts on the strength of advanced technology of wear-resistance metals-melting, casting and heat treatment. The complex shape and the high accuracy parts are processed with the numerical-controlled vertical lathes, the boring lathe and mill machine processing center and the numerical-controlled cutting lathe.
