We are a specialized manufacturer of aluminum decoration sectional bars and industrial sectional bars, like Aluminum Window/door of hollow shape extrusion, shutter, ceiling, railing, awning, heat sink, pipes, bar etc., founded in the beginning of 1990s. With the newest automatic production processing, ISO9001-2000 quality system and the advanced quality inspection facility. Xinyu has integrated fusion, extrusion, anodized, sand blasting, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain transfer and mold development. Meanwhile, we can also design and make various special sectional bars according to customers' requirements. Consequently, the company produces 'Xinyu' brand products over 50, 000 metric tons each year.
Our company is a sino-foreign joint venture enterprise, and we have casting workshop and die workshop, 4 lines of fusion casting production of aluminum bar with international advanced technology, 18 lines of extrusion production and 3 sets of electrophoresis production lines from Taiwan, 2 sets of oxygenation production lines. Furthermore, we have imported 3 full sets of German Wangner tunnel static powder spray painting line and 1 set of spectral analysis instrument WAS, 1 set of Italian horizontal static powder spray painting line, 1 set of Italian fireproof imitation wood grain, I set of saw machine Romidot SM-600 and scanner Romishape/DT Mark from Israel and 1 set of environmental protection energy saving hot & cold break production line.
The quality of our products has won many honor titles, such as the 'National Inspection Free and Jiangsu Provincial Famous Brand'. Additionally, our products meet the developing trend of international building material industry. There are a series of varieties with all complete sizes showing its strong life-force.
