Dear Colleagues

I am working on a new proposal with the local Municipality here working on a solution to the large pile up of End-of-Life tires here. The current stock is four major piles (of 300k-600k tires) per pile, and comprises all kind of tires in all kinds of condition.

Kindly provide your estimate with the following at the earliest.
1. A small intro of your company
2. Nature of your business
3. Best quote FOB for as is condition or minimal processing (halving / quartering)
4. Monthly requirement and frequency of shipment
5. Port to be shipped and terms
6. Any particular requirement for your country, industry, or company

The above information will help open talks with the Government level officials. I haven't got the photos yet, but will be posting it ASAP.
