We are currently highlighting our meat-cutting division, with the use of Japan Stainless Steel SKS51, application of a special heat treatment and high tolerance milling, the teeth of our blade saws are strengthened and meat scraps in the cutting process can consequently avoided. Additionally, the world class technique of precise milling and UHF tooth quenching are employed in the process, producing saw blades with superior hardness and sharpness. They are suitable to use in processing plants of meat, fish, poultry, and the cutting of frozen fresh meat in supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
For the Bi-metal Saw, the teeth are welded using cobalt-alloy with hardness reaching HRC68-70. M42 Tooth and Substrate jointing by laser after separately special spring steel heat treatment. Tooth rigidity and Substrate intension exert their use to the xxxxx Saw is suitable for cutting Heat-resisting alloy Low-carbon xxxxx carbon steel High-carbon steel and Non-ferrous metal. Which results in cost savings and improves cutting efficiency.
Wood frame saw, adopt high quality carbonic steel SK5, unique heat treatment technology, initiate brilliant grinding technique, tooth rigidity HRC64. Apply in top grade lumber machining and nonmetallic.
