Quality is paramount at Voxtech. We have a strong R&D team to ensure the design is reliable and robust and an effecient engineer team to implement. We have a complete and capable QC team led by Motorola headsets veterans. We first ensure our incoming material and supplier's quality. All components such as microphone, speaker and PTT switch etc are inspected thoroughly when we procure them. The functions of every single one are inspected both in-process and after finished. QC will then inspect them according to a military sampling scale.

20 plus strong R&D team ensures that we have a quick turn around in ODM, OEM and our own design. Strong engineering team also ensures that we can take small orders and be more flexible to customize to our client's need.
