We are a producer of Bleu Cheese and Lamb products located in the Southern United States Our Bleu Cheese is individually produced using only pure Grade A Sheeps milk. Cheese is sold by the wheel averaging 4 pounds each. All CHeese is aged a minimum of 60 days before packaging for shipment. We are a small family owned farm, dairy and cheese process facility producing only a single line of bleu cheese.
