We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as an Engineering Company specializing in the manufacture of Expandable Polystyrene (popularly known as EPS, Styropor, Styrofoam, Thermocole, etc.) Processing Plants, Machinery & Moulds. We offer Complete Process Technology For Molding Expandable Polystyrene.

The company is managed by a group of Dynamic Professional Technocrats, who have a rich experience in the EPS technology field. Our knowledge of the industry is in excess of 18 years. We design protective packaging & component and moulds as per your requirement drawings / samples. We can design the the molds to suit all German, Japanese & Korean machines like Kurtz, Hirsh, Toyo, Daekong, etc.

We are glad to inform that in addition to our exhisting Tool Room we have setup a new Tool Room dedicated for manufacturing Molds for EPS & other Plastic Resins.

We have installed the following CNC Machines:

1) Vertical Machining Center:
Make : Deckel Maho

Size : 630mm x 500mm x 500mm

2) Turno-Mill Center
Make : Churchill (TI Machine Tools)
Model: HC3/15
Size : 200 mm (Maximum Turned Dia.)
