Cachet is a technology-oriented company with background of being customers' technical advisor for years. Other than trading, we work closely with associate companies to provide technical assistance for customer's procurement.

We have been cooperating with internationally recognized independent inspectors for quality assurance. When the customer deems it necessary or the product itself requires stringent quality check, we will work together with third party inspector to ensure the quality during production and pre-shipment.

We manage the whole process of customer's procurement from product sample making, production establishment, quality assurance, shipment arrangement, custom clearance and inland forwarding in destination country.

The core value of our business is TRUST. We spare no effort in ensuring the quality of product, on time and safe delivery. We assign designated staff or even project manager to be in charge of each project. And we keep our customer updated throughout the whole process through real time progress report (email, fax, digital photo, etc).
