Tianjin TRUST Steel Co., Ltd. is a joint venture invested by Samoridman International Corporation Ltd., Tianjin Yayicheng Industry & Trade Corporation Ltd., and Tianjin Yayi Industrial Company. The registered capital is $2.4 million and the total investment is $4.8 million.
Our company is located in Wangwenzhuang Industrial Park, Xiqing District, Tianjin. Taking up an area of 66,667 m2, our company has a beautiful environment and convenient traffic. We develop, produce and sell various kinds of thermo immersed zinc-gilt steel strip, cold bending shapes and end-closed shapes. The yearly output of thermo immersed zinc-gilt steel strip in the first period of the project is 80,000 tons. The yearly output of the product in the second period of the project will be 100,000 tons.
Based on a strict quality-control policy and a faith of "honesty, concrete, exploiting, creating ", our company is pursuing a working environment in which everyone is friendly, struggling for higher goals, careful, highly efficient and honesty. Furthermore, the only goal of our company is to provide our clients excellent products and first class services.
There are one continuous acid washing product line and one continuous zinc-gilt product line in our company. The raw material first goes through the acid washing product line and then enters the zinc-gilt product line.
Our company is equipped with standard physics and chemical labs and self-contained testing equipments and methods. All the products are tested on the line and satisfied the corresponding technical requirements. (material and quality analysis, properties testing and analysis of the weight of the zinc layers, etc.) Meanwhile, we introduced some advanced techniques and experience both from domestic companies and companies abroad, which made our continuous zinc-gilt technique and product quality reach the highest level in the world.
