United has over 16 years moulding experience in tailored-made OEM projects including die cast metal toys and plastic toys. Our factory is established in Dong guan, China since 1992, obtaining 60,000 square feet area and 600 workers. Over 16 years of continuous development, we have successfully set up a professional management and technical team. We have sales, marketing and management office in Hong Kong to handle sales, shipping arrangement and other necessary service to all customers.
In order to cope with the rapid technology development and fulfill demand of various customers. Our China factory is outfitted with sophisticated production equipment like the Japanese computer numerical control workshop centre, Electro-static discharge protection, 88-160 ton hot chamber die-casting machine (10 sets), 4-12 oz plastic injection moulding machine (15 sets), unit of paint spraying (100 sets) and pad printing machine (60 sets). With an experienced group of moulding design and manufacturing professionals, coupled with advanced equipment, technique and management, our product has good reputation, high quality, reasonable price and prompt delivery.
