We are a professional manufacturer of electrical contact materials with strong capabilty to produce different silver alloy contacts: contact rivet, contact bridge for relay, switches,starters, timers manufacturers. Our product Covers silver contact, bimetal rivet (Ag/Cu, AgNi/Cu, AgCdO/Cu, AgSnO2/Cu, AgSnO2In2O3/Cu, AgZnO/Cu and so on), tri-metal rivet(Ag/Cu/Ag). The silver alloy includes AgCdO wire, Silver wire, AgZnO wire, AgNi wire, AgSnO2 wire , AgSnO2In2O3 wire,. The silver alloy sheet includes AgWC, AgW, AgZnO, AgC and other silver alloy sheets.

Performance Comparison Among Electrical Contacts with different Constituents

Pure silver sheet:
Feature:
1)Pure silver has extremely high electrical conductivity
2)Very low contact resistance
3)Easy to weld
AgNi Sheet:
Feature:
AgNi contact material contains 10%to 40%Ni
Produced by powder metallurgical production, with low and stable contact resistance, high hardness and mechanical strength
Material erosion in case of DC is very low
Super conductivity in electricity and temperature
With low arc erosion; on making higher current, normally asymmetric pairs
Solid or composite rivets employ powder sintering-extruding methods

AgSnO2 features:
AgSnO2 is the ideal substitute of AgCdO with excellent properties of contacts
AgSnO2 has higher thermal stability
AgSnO2 has better resistance against welding and erosion than AgCdO material
Friendly to environment, AgSnO2 as new type electrical contact material is used and developed widely and actively all over the world.
As for AgSnO2 contact resistance, it can be reduces by putting in a small amount of oxid-metal additive.
In this respect, contact materials produced by powder metallurgy processing method have higher resistance against arc erosion and arc bumming than those produced by oxidation processing method
