The Colibree Company has been involved in the commercial development of agave syrups since 1995. In fact we coined the generic name Agave Nectar for the fructose syrup made from the Agave plant and introduced the first versions of this syrup produced at the University of Guadalajara to Expo West in California in 1995. We are involved in the sale and distribution of agave nectar primarily in the USA and Canada but are interested in other worldwide markets.
