Jilin City Songjiang Carbon Co.,Ltd.is a state large-scale enterprise.The production capacity is 16 thousand metric ton per year,including 15 thousand metric ton graphite electrode (High Power and Ultra-High Power 12 thousand metric ton ),the quantity exported is about 10 thousand metric ton per year.

The main product include graphite electrode (RP. IP.HP. SHP. UHP).The products are sold at a loss in domestic and also exported to the Unite States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia ect.The products mentioned above are made of imported needle coke,excellent coke from Daqing and pith from AnShan and Benxi.

The main equipment of Songjiang Carbon Co.,Ltd include Counter-flow pot Calcining Furnace, 2500ton Oil Forming Press, 1000 ton standing Oil Forming Press, 2600/1500 stand and horizontal Vibratory former, New Type Ring Baking Cells, Big Power Direct-current and Acheson Furnace, Impregnaiton Device with 1.47Mpapressure, Advanced Electrode Numerical Control Machine and Inspection Equipment Material system and current is controlled to graphite furnace automatically by computer.
