Begin from 1993, we already produced polar fleece,coral fleece and other series of fleece fabric, for a long time.
we have three advantage: Fleece production, Anti-pilling effect, Binding technique.
Now, we have the status of the largest polar fleece fabric producer in China, as we have the perfect technique chain.
10 sets of polyester yarn elasticizing machines, 100 sets of circular knitting machine, 15 lines of polar fleece producing system. 200sets anti-pilling machine.5sets high-efficiency binding machine,can bind 2.5 meter width fleece fabric.
So the daily amount of production reaches 100 ton in polar fleece, and for other middle-technique products daily amount reaches 500 tons. And now we employed 1000 staff without children and old men.
