COMC Technology (Maanshan) Co., Ltd. is a company of high and new technology, specialized in developing and producing technology and equipment for producing high grade magnetic material. Combining the advanced foreign technology and equipment for producing high grade permanent ferrite with domestic manufactured equipment, the company will supply full set of technology, equipment and service of the advanced permanent ferrite magnet production line to the customers.
The company is also specialized in producing high prefomance ferrite powder and magnet.
Main Products:
1. Full set of technology and equipment of the high-grade permanent ferrite production line, which has the annual productivity of 500 to 5, 000tons of magnets with magnetic property of grade Y30H-1, Y32, Y33 and Y30H-2.
2. Full set of technology and equipment of the high-grade pre-sintered permanent ferrite powder production line, which has the annual productivity of 5, 000 to 50, 000 tons of powder with magnetic property of grade Y30H-1, Y32, Y33 and Y30H-2.
3. Model NCHN-1 computer collect-distribute control system for the production and management of high grade hard ferrite;
4. Model YN05-100, YN05-125, YN05-150 and YN05-200 double direction full automatic presses for wet pressing permanent magnets;
5. Model NCCC-S(H) soft (hard) ferrite raw material storage, automatic weighing and compounding, and gas transporting system;
6. Model HSY-6000 pre-sintering rotary kiln for producing high performance permanent ferrite powder by wet method;
7. High grade permanent ferrite pre-sintered powder (roast powder and fine powder) with magnetic performance of Y30H-2 and higher.
8. High performance ferrite magnet, ferrite powder for dry pressing
9. Magnetic strip extruder
