Founded in 1988, Hangzhou Xingyuan Filter Press Co.,is a professional filter press manufacturer and facilitator in China. Xingyuan has its own professional R&D team and owns more than 30 patents , the manufacturing technique of reinforced polypropylene filter plate for instance. On the base of absorbing advanced technologies from US, Japan and Germany, "Xingyuan" brand filter press has many outstanding features : fast filtration, stable performance and easy operation. The plates of Xingyuan features nontoxic ,good sealing, anticorrosion and low moisture with even and thorough filter cake washing. Availble filter plate types are plate-and-frame type, chamber type, assembled polypropylene membrane type, integrated polypropylene membrane type, rubber membrane type, CGR filter cloth type. The available sizes of filter plates : 250,400,630,800,1000,1250,1000*1500,1500,1500*2000,2000,2000*2500 with the endurable working pressure: 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa, 2.5MPa, 4MPa etc. Its working temperatures vary within-40-120 degree centigrade and filter area from 0.16 to 1600 m2.Besides, Xingyuan has well-formed QA system and advanced testing equipments. It gained the ISO9001 certificate in 1997 and CE certification in 1999. In 2006,passed ISO14001 environment certification .
