JINAN JINGHENG CO., LTD, whose mother factory is JINAN SEMICONDUCTOR GENERAL FACTORY, is a comprehensive and versatile group.
At present Jinan JingHeng mainly specializes in the development and production of semiconductor discrete. In the middle of 1980's, we had established an IC package product line with PANASONIC; in the early time of 1990's, we introduced the advanced technology and equipment of diodes from America, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, etc., and has founded the product basis for various diodes. Now, JingHeng has become one of the biggest manufacturers of semiconductor chips and finished product in China. Whether on product scale or quality, our schottky rectifier diodes and DB series are the first class in China.
Our company owns an excellent team, which is our motivation to make a continuous progress. With the development of our factory, we have made a great contribution to our country's spaceflight and national defense. JingHeng has one-product line for military transistor and military diode respectively, which is appointed by Industrial Committee of National Defense.
In 2000, we have made great progress on the schottky diode research, and we have succeeded in overcoming the difficulty of high voltage, the reverse voltage can reach 200volts, and now we have passed the reliability test. We can design new products according to the customer's requirement.
During the past 40 years, we have provided spaceflight and national defense with mass products with excellent quality. We aspire to make JingHeng into a top-level company in the world. In order to achieve this goal, JingHeng's people make lots of constructive attempt, and we have got the satisfying results and gained so much experience for the versatile management and future development.
In 2000, Jinan JingHeng has established a joint venture--JINAN JINGHENG-YAMADA PRICISE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD with APIC YAMADA CORPORATION, which produces the high-tech products, such as semiconductor device, IC leadframe, etc. It has a wide foreground.
We also founded YunDa switching power supply company with Taiwan manufacturer, which has developed over ten series, and thousands of kinds of products from 1w to 500w, widely used in communications, electronic equipment, computer net, auto-control and so on.
