You are probably aware that Gum Arabic has many uses world-wide. It is used for glues, pills, bread making, food emulsifiers, it stabilizes wine& soft drinks and it is a fixative in the ceramics, printing & paint production industries and has many other uses.
We have been almost 20years researching gum Arabic & other resins like Frankincense, Haggar, Myrrh in Northern Kenya.
Many Pastoralists now collect regularly and it is a more valuable offtake than livestock. It helps to eradicate poverty.
Many companies in Kenya, France & U.K. have purchased Gum Arabic in the past from the charity Salt Lick which has now privatised its Arid Lands Resources and receives royalties from this new company ARID LANDS RESOURCES LTD.
We have a fully equipped laboratory and staff, which has been well trained for over 10 years.
We ensure that only Gum Arabic of high quality is selected & sorted and graded etc
