We are a premier nationwide/global conduit between users of capital and providers of capital. Our focus is loans, purchases, partnerships, and credit enhancement. Our investment banking partners for senior debt, mezzanine financing, and equity capital for USA and International real estate projects, completed over 2,000 transactions in 2006, representing over $15 Billion in fundings in 2006.

Debt/Equity/Mezzanine/Bridge Loans/hard money for Residential and Commercial real estate for A&D, Construction, and Refinance.

We will also look at the following types of funding requests: Asset Based Financing, Bridge Financing, Commercial Loans, Corporate Expansion Capital, Project Financing, Turnaround Capital, Energy projects such as power plants, ethanol plants, oil and gas refineries, and large infrastructure and real estate projects such as roads, bridges, railroads, cement plants, hotels, etc

In addition to funding projects we are also investors for Residential and Commercial real estate. We seek existing properties to be purchased at discount what ever the condition. Commercial needs to have a minimum of 9-10 Cap Rate. Residential SFR are also desired. Local municipal redevelopment and rehabilitation projects are also desired, especially where state and federal grants and loans are provided as incentive. Whether it is a commercial retail building, hotel, one SFR, or a whole housing development, we desire to buy for investment.
