Follows are some question often asked by customers:

1. OEM policy ( Based on minimum 500pcs )

a) Print logo on player body : Please offer us logo photo with JEPG or TIF or BMP format
b) Print logo on gift box : Please try to make package design and send us artwork photo with PSD, AI or CorelDraw format.
c) Power on/Switch on mode with customer flash: Offer us logo photo or Logo writing, we can put these logo or writing under power on/Switch on mode.

2. Warranty policy: One year warranty

a)With your MOQ 500pcs, we will give 2% spare parts( except main board, LCD screen, camera).
b)If you meet defectives during warranty time, please try to assemble them or send back to us. We will finished repairing within 1 month time and send back to customer along with the continue order.

Note:
Warranty not suitable for man-made defective product. If man-made products send back to repair, our company will ask customer pay for exchanged accessory fee

3. How to get samples?

Samples can be offered for checking, the sample fee and shipping fee have to pay by new customer.
Please tell us the sample quantity and detail shipping address, we can calculate the cost for samples and shipping. When received payment, samples will be ship out within 2 work day

4. How to know price?
