VV Group was founded in October 1992. As the slogan champions, �VV soy bean milk brings happiness�. VV soy bean milk has become one of the best sold commodities in China. Over more than ten years, the product has always got the largest market share and the largest sales volume and thus dubbed the �Soy Bean Milk King� in China. VV Group is the formulator of the industrial standard for the Chinese soy bean milk industry. VV as a brand was recognized by the Trademark Bureau under the State Administration of Industry and Commerce as �Famous Chinese Trademark�. VV soy bean milk won the title of �Well-known Chinese Brand� in 2005.
VV Group began in 2000 to implement the strategy of �developing soy bean milk steadily while entering the dairy industry�. By taking advantage of its strengths in brand, technology, capital and distribution network, the group did its utmost in industry integration and scale expansion. Consequently, the company constructed one after another milk cow breeding farms and dairy product processing bases in Jinan, Weifang and Jining of Shandong Province, Xi�an of Shaanxi Province, Wuhan of Hubei Province, Zhuhai of Guangdong Province, Beijiang and Nanjiang of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, Yinchuan of Ningxia Autonomous Region, Xuzhou and Wuxi of Jiangsu Province, etc. In addition, it successfully developed a type of quite different high quality milk ---Tianshan Snow serial products, which won the title of �Well-known Chinese Brand� together with the VV soy bean product in 2005. What�s more, the company was rated by the national government as �Designated Producer of Chinese School Milk�. Among its products, the active milk containing rich beneficial bacteria to the degree that a milliliter contains 100 million such bacteria, the big red date milk containing 10% natural red date juice and the acidophilus milk going through the antibiotic-free fermentation process are loved most by consumers. �Milk source was exactly the origin of good milk.� In an effort to advance the construction of milk source bases, VV Group entered into cooperation with the Australian Bureau of Farming Affairs and succeeded in introducing ten thousand Holstein milk cows and constructing a ten-thousand milk cow raising farm of the European garden style and several ten-thousand milk cow raising farms, ensuring the quality of original milk from the source.
In the process of creating an �international, large-scale and comprehensive� foodstuff enterprise, VV Group cooperated with Singaporean Super Coffeemix in launching the VV super coffee product and with Japanese Otsuka Pharmaceutical Company in launching the VV �Soy joy� product; and with Shuanggou Distillery for the purpose of entering the alcohol industry.
VV Group�s development has always been adhering to the corporate spirit of �Striving for Excellence�. The group deems product quality as life of the enterprise. It was the first within the industry to pass the ISO9001 quality system certification and the HACCP food safety management system certification.
