PROCEDURES
1. Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO, BCL with right to soft probe.

2. SELLER issues full corporate offer.

3. Buyer signs and returns the full corporate offer within 3 (three) days and bank comfort letter (BCL) together with full banking details including bank officers name and other particulars.

4. SELLER issues draft contract to implement this agreement and after signing, copies are exchanged. The transaction and verification process must proceed within 5(five) working days.

5. Buyer and seller execute the draft contract via email or by fax with hard copies exchanged by DHL or equivalent courier.

6. Within 5 (Five) banking days of signing the draft contract the buyer issues proof of funds (POF) to the sellers bank by way of a pre-advice letter of credit.

7. Within 5 (Five) banking days of the sellers bank receiving the non-operative letter of credit the seller shall open the performance bond and proof of product (POP) in favor of the buyer and this shall activate the letter of credit.

8. Delivery shall commence and is executed as per the agreed schedule, 30-45 days from receiving and accepting the DLC.

9. SELLER accepts transferable and nontransferable DLC.
