We are a licensed petroleum product dealer in Malaysia, able to supply/deliver unlimited amount of petroleum product esp D2 Russian, D2 Petronas, Mazut 100, Jet fuel (aviation) , Lubrication ESSO and Maritime fuel oil mainly manufactured by PETRONAS/ESSO

NOTES : NEGOTIATION STATUS BETWEEN MANDATE PARTY OR
INDEPENDENT TRADER

1. Buyer (or Buyer's Mandate) transmits the Letter Of Intent (LOI) to the Seller (or Seller's Mandate)

2. Seller transmits to Buyer the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for due acceptance of terms.

3. Buyer will verify the FCO and returns same, counter signed and sealed.

4. Buyer submits Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with Bank Comfort Letter (BCL), Proof of Fund (POF), Draft Payment Instruments (ie Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or Bank Guarantee (BG) or Bank Draft (BD) from Top 25 Banks), Any Safe World Port (ASWP), Vessel name, form Q88, shipping company, person in-charge and the end buyer import license.

5. Seller transmits draft Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P) and Master Fee Protection Agreement (MFPA) for Buyer's negotiation and acceptance of terms.

6. Contract is negotiated by both Parties to agree all terms and conditions whereby the draft, when electronically signed is acceptable when sealed.

7. Seller issues Original hard copy without change of all agreed terms of Contract Document and send by Courier to Buyer.

8. Seller issues Pro-forma Invoice to Buyer and 2% Performance Bond

9. Buyer shall instruct their banker to issue the Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or Bank Guarantee (BG) or Bank Draft (BD).

10. Within Fourteen (14) working days, Seller issues Proof of Product (POP) to the Buyer for verification.

11. Delivery and payment as per Contract Clauses and Conditions.
