Detail information of process
1. Pre-drawing the aluminum rod: use ï¿ 1200mm drawing machine draw ï¿ 9.5 Al. to round and ï¿ 8.6mm
2. clean: put ï¿ 8.6mm Al. rod into the density 2-6% NAOH to clean, then put into No.1 clean water (circular), then to No.2 clean water(not circular)
3. Al. pay off
4. 0.36-0.40*31.4mm copper off
5. copper clean and dry: put copper into 5-10%water tank, then filter water, then dry
6. brusher fro Al. copper with two dust collector bags
7. Argon protection, cladding and welding
8. rewinding
9. drawing: put the top of CCA to pointing machine, through 1-3 die, then draw on the ï¿ 1200, ï¿ 800 machine to draw wire.

11. finished wire
