Description

This extrusion line is manufactured by adopting most advanced German techniques. It is equipped with high efficiency extruder, high torque reduction gear case, late model grooving barrel and LTM high efficiency screw, therefore, it could achieve large output and could really realize plasticzing in low temperature. Machine heat mould can be of screw distribution type or of basket type. Static mixing system can be equipped. Internal pressure was more uniformly distributed. Sizing box is of two sections type. Perfect water temperature, water level and flow control ensure fabrication of high quality tube material. By slightly modifying the production line and adopting different moulds, screw and auxiliary equipments, this production line can be used to fabricate PE, ABS, PERT and PEX-B and laminated tubes.
