Description
Features of PVC profile extrusion line:
YF series PVC profile extrusion line is equipped with conical twin-screw extruder. It can be used to extrude PVC plastic door and window profiles, aluminum-plastic composite profiles, multihole pipes for enclosing cable, house decoration profiles, etc.

This PVC profile extrusion line has stable plastification, high output, small shearing rate, long longevity and other advantages. The extrusion line consists of conical twin-screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, hauling-off unit, film covering machine and unloading stacker.

***** max. width of the product that can be produced by this PVC profile extrusion line is 300mm.
***** total power of auxiliary machine for this line is 33.1kw. The total install power is about 160kw, and total power consumption when the line runs is about 100kw.
***** volume of cooling water is 7 cubic meters per hour, recycling usded.
4. The pressure of compressed air is 0.6Mpa.
