Description
YT-2K Autocyl Solid Colours:
1) Tinter for two-pack, single coat luxury vehicle solid colour coating
2) High hardness
3) Good gloss and build
4) Good resistance
5) Extremely good hiding
6) Colour is bright and long lasting
7) Substrates:
a) Dried and sanded existing finishes
b) YT-2K and 1K Primer Surfacer
c) YT-222 Putty
8) Surface Cleaning: Remove wax, silicon and other impurities with de-greased cleaner

Mixing Ratios:
>18°C
YT-2K Solid Colour: 100 parts
PU-2K MS Quick Drying Hardener: 50 parts
X-1 All Purpose Thinner: 10-25 parts of total weight

18-24°C
YT-2K Solid Colour: 100 parts
PU-2K Standard Hardener: 50 parts
X-1/X-2 Thinner: 10-25 parts of total weight

25-30°C
YT-2K Solid Colour: 100 parts
PU-2K Standard Hardener: 50 parts
X-3 Extra Slow Drying Thinner: 10-25 parts of total weight

30-40°C
YT-2K Solid Colour: 100 parts
PU-2KS Slow Drying Hardener: 50 parts
X-3 Extra Slow Drying Thinner: 10-25 parts of total weight

Usage:
1) Application: 2-3 layers, 50-75μ total thickness
2) Flash-off Time: 5-10mins. each, 20°C

Spray Gun &Pressure:
Gravity Feed Spray Gun: 1.2-1.5mm, 3-5 kg/cm⊃2
Suction Feed Spray Gun: 1.4-1.7m, 3-5kg/cm⊃2
