This Vacuum Stuffer is built with a combination of Japan YASKAWA servo motor and Italy BONFIGILION (or German products made in China) decelerator as its drive system, also featuring its man-machine interface from Taiwan, Japan Mitsubishi PLC and Germany Busch vacuum pump. It boasts of the advantages of quantitative stuffing and high-speed kinking under vacuum, effectively and efficiently avoiding the occurrence of fat oxidization and proteolysis, and significantly reducing the existence of bacteria, greatly extending the shelf life of the products filled with it. The quantitative deviation for minced meat is ±2g, while the deviation for meat loaf is little bit larger; this Vacuum Filler is designed with the function of quantitative presetting for increment and decrement as necessary. By using this Filler systematically with the clipper of various types, you can enjoy the benefit of automation production for your business.
