Description
By-product of the sugar production with low sucrose and rich fructose, glucose, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients. We do two basic products, as a concentrated honey which doesn't crystalize and air-heated dryed. Excellent sweetener (80 degrees Brix of concentration).
Organic and Kosher Certificates Available.

Brix: 80/88?H: 5.5/6.0; Polarization 30/36%
