T-P-001 series plastics pipe material production line is mainly used in producing diameter and various wall thickness plastics PVC pipe materials for water-supply and drainage of industry and agriculture;water-supply and drainage of buildings,wire laying and xxxxx machine unit is composed of cone double-screw-stem extruder,vacuum shaping table,tractor,cuter,turn-up frame and others. The screw-stem extruder and the tractor adopt imported speed-adjustable device;the vacuum pump tractor has 2-grad,3-grad,5-grad and other drawing method. It can adopt saw cutting or epicyclic cutting type. The unit characteristics are reliable, the production efficiency is high. The company can producing inside wall screw-thread pipe and the core layer foam pipe unit.
