Two stages integral design, intensify plasticizing function, ensure high speed. High performance extrusion.
With comprehensive plasticating element, ensure the plasticating effects of materials.
With spiral die to ensure stable extrusion of pipes at the best melting temperature
Stable vacuum
Precise temperature control with imported thermo-controller.
Tank upper section made from stainless steel.
With highly wear-resistant rubber V-shaped pads
With special upper and lower lifting devicesimplize the production of different pipe diameter.
Unique scrapless cutting structure to ensure the perfection of pipe end.
Scrapless cutting with the characteristics of low noise and energy saving.
Advanced follow-up design to ensure the accuracy of pipe cutting.
