Recommended Ugra:Solid 2 - 3
Resolution as per Ugra/ Fogra Recommendation:10 microns 1 - 99% (170 lpi)
Handling:Plates are light sensitive. Handle under yellow safelight (uv free) until processed.
Color Change:Blue Green to Pale Green
Light Source and Exposure:Automatic plate maker is recommended. Light source: Metal halide xxxxx Condition - Step tablet: 2 - 3 step solid, Power of Light: 3 kw, Time: 30 seconds, 1 meter distance between plate and lamp.
Process:Conventional
Developer:Agfa developer is recommended. Developing Temperature: 20-25 Degree.
Shelf Life:12 months when stored in a dark, cool and dry space.
Recommended Processing:Automatic plate processor is recommended.
Length of Run:Over 300,000 copies of impression. Depends upon printing conditions like press, ink, paper and so on.
