HIEC mainly operates such business as housing construction, projects aiding to foreign countries, import and export trading. With the due efforts, our company has been awarded the general contracting qualification Level-2 undertaking the civil engineering of buildings construction, the Certificate of Approval for Enterprises with Foreign Trade Rights (No.0067038) and has also been attested under the ISO9001:2000 Quality management System Certificate.
