JIANGSU VICTOR MACHINERY CO., LTD start research the three-roller calendar for sheet extrusion line since 1980âs. Now we mask the technology of single layer & multi-layer extrusion of ABS, PMMA, PP, PE, PS and PET sheet. In particularly, on the PET sheet line, we are the leading manufacture in China with three national patents and good competition, by now we have sold out over hundred sets of production line for customers, some machines expected to Turkey.
Suitable PET sheet specification: thickness 0.2 to 1.2mm, width 600 to 1200mm, single layer APET or A-G-A co-extrusion sheet are available.
The flowchart of the PET extrusion as following:
Pellet crystallization & dehumidification --- special extruder --- metering gear pump --- sheet T die --- three-roller calender --- cooling bracket --- haul-off machine ---winding machine
The continuous crystallization & dehumidifier is the most important machine for the begging of the whole line. It is composed with crystallizer, main drying tower, loading system and electric control system. After the crystallization and dehumidification treatment, the water component can be reduced from 0.4% to 50PPM or lower, only thus can ensure good quality for transparent PET sheet.
The special extruder is adopt large L/D (length / diameter) ratio screw in special mixing structure, to max. the plasticity quality.
Hydraulic screen changer to filter the impurity from the melting resin to protect the die and rollers for high quality and long service life.
The gear pump, static mixer and T die are most important parts for well-proportioned thickness and the stability of extrusion.
The three-roller works for press and cool the hot material comes from the die, it is the most important equipment of the whole line. For better cooling and forming, we also equip large flowage roller temperature controller and high precision rollers by mirror treatment.
The inner structure of the rollers is with our patent technology. The lifting and loading is controlled by hydraulic station, the accumulator can ensure the hydraulic pressure to avoid leakage and save energy. For better adjustment of the equal thickness, we also design blocks between rollers for distance adjustment.
The three rollers are one small upper roller and two bigger rollers in middle and bottom, reasonable for the technique request.
The arrangement of the three rollers can be horizontal style, helical style or vertical style on customersâ request. We also have four transmission styles of the three-roll for customersâ option: frequency regulating style, servo control style individual transmission, or chain transmission as well worm & worm bar style transmission.
The cooling bracket, edge cutting, edge winder, static electric eliminator, oil bath, film plating, haul-off machine are the downstream for the whole line to meet the customersâ requirement on quality.
The last part is a two-station winding machine for metering packing, it is very convenient to take off the finished sheet from the auto rotating station, air shaft make it more easier to install & uninstall the core, motor to ensure the winding balance.
VICTOR MACHINERY also provide a good solution for co-extrusion, with additional extruder, screen changer, gear pump, static mixer and three-layer die dispenser, G-A-G PET sheet or G-A sheet are both available.
The electric control system can be common style or online center control system. Both is basis on high reliable HITACHI xxxxx inverter or EUROTHERM xxxxx speed regulator from U.K
The common control style is adopted imported RKC or OMRON temperature controller, direct to read, easy to maintain and high precision in temperature tolerance.
