Description
The machine is equipped with a specially designed two tapped screw and a single screw which produces superior compression and mixing effects, resulting in extruded products of uniform quality and high density.

Extra-large hopper accepts discharged materials from either a Banbury or a Kneader mixer.
Two screws provide material feeding and extruding materials into pieces to exterminate air bubble and then continuance extrudes material to single screw to break them into uniform pieces. Then the die preform the piece into specified thickness and to be specified product by rotary cutter.
The hopper, screw cylinder, die head, single screw can all be either cooled or heated.

Depending on the different materials to be processed, the automatic temp. control unit can circulate water, thermo oil, steam or other heating mediums
Material temp. is controller by 4 units of Mold temp. controller , assuring maximum stability and temp. uniformity.

The water can flow from the rotary joint to the inside of the screw in order to begin the cooling or heating process.

Customized dies can be designed for other dimensions upon request.
