Application Scope and Production Process Application Products: Cleaning, silicification, sterilization and reheating vacuum drying (KJC/QS type cleaning machine): It carries out cleaning, silicification, sterilization and reheating vacuum drying in the same vessel, and is applicable to power injection, injection and freeze-dried rubber plugs, etc. Features of Rubber Plug Cleaning Machine It can carry out cleaning, silicification, sterilization, drying, discharging and CIP overall process non-stop operation in the same vessel. It adopts several technologies of ultrasonic cleaning, slow rotary mixing, bilateral full-axial overflow and central mighty spraying, etc. with remarkable cleaning effect. It adopts full stainless steel blower without rivet used and unique bellows, featuring outstanding reheating drying performance. Extrusion-free speed regulation automatic discharging avoids pollution and damage. Relieve the operator's labor intensity. Online cleaning and sterilization is available. PLC program control for the overall process, touch screen operation, visible and safe. It better meets the production requirements of GMP and FDA than the conventional way does. align=left>Cleaning barrel is a container of cleaning rubber plug. It is a sieve pore cylinder and connected with transmission shaft to wheel the cleaning lotion and mix the rubber plug. Its structure characteristics:(1) The ratio of rubber plug cubage and cleaning barrel cubage no larger than 35%(2) Reasonable punching diameter and density, good for dirt removal and barrel rigidity. (3) Ratio of cleaning barrel length and diameter no less than 1.2-1.5(4) Interior screw mixing board to clean, mix and discharge, the big discharger avoids rubber plug damage.
III. Discharging Door (K series)
The discharging door of cleaning machine is an important part. It has the following characteristicsï¼›
(1) Easy open, simple operation, safe and stable, especially for female operators.
(2) Large diameter, convenient for discharge
(3) Safe and stable, good sealing, easy adjustment.
IV. Stepless transmission system
• little cubage, large transmission ratio, stepless transmission, without noise
• Self lock, stop in the exact place voluntarily, safe and stable.
V. Reheating and cooling system (except DQXS)
(1) It reheats or cools the cleaning case.
(2) The circle-wind filtration and wind-block manometer has automatic temperature-control function.

• Transmission shaft sealing construction adopts good materials and performs sound.
• The cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank is pumped by Denmark GRUNDFOS water pump and sprayed after two-stage cycling filtration, which makes the cleaning fluid always in clean state and reduces the water consumption.
• Vacuum drying and reheating vacuum drying technology achieves the moisture in rubber plug at a percentage of 0.5‰, better than the GMP requirement 1‰.
